Carlye did an outstanding job in selling my house for a short period of time. She’s very hands on, very transparent, gives the best suggestions and advice. In Lake Las Vegas- Carlye was awesome on all aspects of our recent property transactions! She was instrumental in selling our home & also for the purchase of a new home. I was referred to Carlye by Jamie Nugent, an agent in the Studio City office of Coldwell Banker (she, in turn, had gotten Caryle's name and number from her Branch Manager). Inasmuch as I live in Hollywood, Carlye was called upon to do a lot of things which I could and would have done had I been in Henderson/Las Vegas. She was extremely helpful in navigating the process, which was complicated not only by geography but also because the Seller is a Trust of which I am a Co-Trustee. Caryle was thorough and professional, and as an attorney with offices in LA and New York, I was so grateful to have her handle this transaction.

Carlye, was so helpfull finding me a house. After a dissapoitment or not being qualified for the first house. She offered her support and knowledge how to make my dream of finding a good house in my price range. Carlye has been our realtor for our first house and second house and she is absolutely amazing. We will never go with another realtor. She was with us every step of the way and any questions we had, she always had an answer for us. Anytime I hear anyone buying a house I always recommend Carlye because of her attention to detail, punctuality, honesty, and always has the customers best interest at heart. Saying Carlye went above and beyond to make our sale as smooth as possible, is an understatement. She helped us with so many extras-I've never experienced such thoughtful steps as Carlye took. She is a serious problem solver and although it was a tough sale, she never complained, wavered, and always kept her integrity. She is a gem of a person! We just sold our home with Carlye, and could not be happier! Carlye was highly recommended by a friend who had used her services several times in the past. We found her to be very professional, and so friendly. We listed with her on a "coming soon" basis, and were under contract in 2 days, by someone who had viewed the home on the first day. All communication was with Carlye herself! Always available for any questions, and very thorough with the details. Everything went very well with the process, and I would not hesitate to use Carlye again in the future!

Carlye has become part of our family. I would not trust anyone else to buy or sell a home for us. She is exceptional professional and has such a kind disposition with old people. She learns fast what our likes and dislikes are and with every fiber of her being she accomplished that task. Carlye has sold two of our homes and sold us two new homes. She even came over and helped us stage our home for sale. Both homes sold in record time. We could never thank her enough for all her kindness and caring she gave to us. We just love Carlye like a daughter and will put her in our trust to make sure she is the only one who will sell this home.

She came prepared; she did her research, explained the local market, and all costs associated with selling our home. This information helped us determine a fair market value. When we started I couldn’t have guessed how much we would rely on Carlye. She created a partnership with us and was with us every step of the way.
