Lisa! AMAZING! She went above and beyond to find my husband and me our first home together. We were recommended by a coworker who used her before buying and selling their home, and they could not have recommended a better real estate agent for us. She is a bulldog in all aspects, protective when she needs to be, and the kindest soul. She tells you how it is precisely what we needed; she was on top of everything and made us feel like we were her only priority. This was our first home purchase, and we were out of state through most of the process! I cannot recommend Lisa enough to find you the PERFECT home!

My husband and I have worked with Lisa Simpson on the purchase of two homes, and the selling of one residence over the past 4 years. We highly recommend Lisa's services as we have had an incredible experience both times. We purchased our first home together in 2018. At the time, it was our dream home and perfect for us. When we saw the home, there were already 9-10 offers on it but within 24 hours, Lisa got our offer accepted and we were ecstatic. Everything went smoothly. In February of this year, my husband and I decided we were ready for something bigger with a pool, and Lisa told us it was a great time to sell given the equity we had in our home. Given our first experience, we trusted her wholeheartedly. Within hours we were viewing a stunning home in the neighborhood we wanted to live in. The home literally checked all of our boxes. Our current home hadn't been listed yet but we put in an offer with the intent of listing our home over the following days. The sellers were nervous and not ready to accept our contingent offer in this current market. Lisa advised us to take pics and get our home listed ASAP if we really wanted the prospective home. We did and it officially listed by 4 PM that day with about 6 showings scheduled for the following day. Our first offer came at 10 AM the next day and Lisa got us $20K over asking price with three weeks rent free to remain in the home. Lisa immediately began working on getting the offer on our other home accepted by verifying all of the lending, etc. Our offer was accepted by 5 PM that Saturday and we were in contract by Monday morning. Now we are in our new dream home with a beautiful pool, and every feature we were looking for in a home. Lisa fought hard for us when she knew what we wanted and lead us in the right direction the whole time. She checked in daily (often more) and ensured we were getting everything done as quickly as possible to accommodate this fast closing. Lisa is incredible and we will never work with any other realtor. The market is challenging as is but we always feel we are in the best hands possible with Lisa Simpson.

Absolutely the best realtor I have had contact with in the past 5yrs. She not only got my home sold in less then 10 days but also help me buy a rental property as well in the same time mulit-tasking at its best. I then refereed her to my boyfriend who also got way more money for his property then expected and sold in less then 10 days. Great customer service and very knowledgeable will continue to use her in the future.

Lisa is amazing. Super responsive. Lis is extremely knowledgeable and cares about her clients. She consistently checks in to see if I had any questions. She is thorough and follows through on all tasks. For example, she contacted the reinspection to move the date because there is an ideal window to have it done. 100% would recommend her!
