Awesome! We love Felicia. She will ALWAYS be our Realtor as long as we reside in Las Vegas. The buyer’s closing company was not the best to work, very poor communication, but Felicia stayed on top of things and communicated with us almost daily. We will recommend Felicia to anyone and everyone needing a realtor when buying or selling here in Las Vegas. We are committed to her 100%!!

We can't thank Felicia enough for helping us find our dream home. She's a tough negotiator who knows the market as well as the local neighborhoods. After we expressed the home we were looking for, she found us the perfect one, and nearly ten years later we're still in it. Just last month she even found a house for my parents. Their house purchase was about a 2 weeks process from viewing to closing. Buying a home can be stressful when actually it should be a time to celebrate and felicia will get you there. She is our realtor for life!

Felicia is a very knowledgeable person who kept us informed all through the sales process. We could not have selected a better person to represent us in selling our home. She understand what buyers are looking for in a house and works with the sellers to make sure the house is being presented in a favorable way.
