Alan is the absolute best and we highly recommend him. Alan helped us buy and sell our property in Las Vegas. Alan's dedication to his customers is outstanding. His professionalism and knowledge of the local market is amazing. I never felt rushed through any process, he always took the time to explain things to my wife and I. He really watches out for every one of your interests as if he was buying the house himself. Thanks to his attention to detail, he ensured we bought a house with a pool that had the correct sun coverage throughout the day. 7 years later, he helped us sell that same house.
