Robin Riedel recently represented us in the purchase of a home in North Las Vegas. We are an elderly couple with limited knowledge of the southern Nevada real estate market in these turbulent and difficult times. At the outset, we were living in Florida and forwarded Robin a long list of preferences and budget limitations. Upon our arrival in Las Vegas for our first househunting trip, we found Robin to be a good listener who came prepared with several options meeting our parameters. She was always available and conscious of our time limits. Despite limited inventory Robin persisted in finding good potential homes for us. Once we found an acceptable listing she effectively and aggressively represented our offer and counter offers arriving at a timely and satisfactory agreement. Following the initial agreement, she assisted us in dealing with all of the details necessary for closing. Throughout the process, she was persistent and professional ensuring our satisfaction with the deal we had made. For these reasons, we would heartily recommend Robin and Coldwell Banker to anyone needing assistance to purchase a home in the Las Vegas area.

Robin was absolutely fantastic. She made the process of buying our new home easy! She's a hard worker, very responsive and incredibly knowledgeable about real estate in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas.
