Debbie and Mel did a fantastic job guiding us through the process and, most importantly, giving us the sound advice and guidance that enabled us to get the price we wanted and our house SOLD IN ONE DAY!We joked with Debbie that she seemed so good that our house would end up selling in one day, and then it actually did. Of course this was a bit of luck but luck favors preparation and Debbie made sure we knew, without sugarcoating too much, what it would take to get the price we wanted.
