Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Ginger has made Las Vegas her home for many years. Prior to settling in Las Vegas, she lived in Chicago, Illinois, working as a consultant and manager for IBM/PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Ginger represented me as the seller. She is very responsive when you have questions. What I liked is that she will have weekly calls with you to review how the market is for that week, and any feedback from prior showings to decide what to do next. When issues arise, Ginger will fight for her client. She is very knowledgeable and has been in her career for awhile, and it shows with her seamless process and ability to keep you informed of next steps.

Ginger is absolutely the best realtor we've ever worked with. Being a family that moves around a lot, we have had a lot of experience with realtors and I've never worked with someone as thorough, hands-on, knowledgeable, or as responsive as Ginger. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood all the ins and outs of a corporate relocation move, which was different than our previous moves. She walked us through each room and physically showed us how to stage each room (including making the beds) which I've never experienced with another realtor! Ginger was quick to respond to all our texts, calls, and emails as well as with our relocation company. She was incredibly knowledgeable about our area in Vegas and what to do to sell our home. I cannot recommend Ginger enough; she's absolutely incredible!
