My name is Brandon Bueltel and I am part of the Coldwell Banker Premier Realty team here in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. In my former life, I was a general manager of an upscale restaurant on the Las Vegas strip. From that prior career, I learned that a lot of the qualities of a successful restaurant manager are huge attributes to have to be a successful professional Realtor. First and foremost is the genuine hospitality that must be shown to each and every guest/client. Secondly, the ability to be flexible and adapt to meet and exceed your clients’ needs. For the past 30 years, I have worked with a variety of business owners, doctors, attorneys, athletes, artists and just everyday people realizing the importance of my clients’ time and going above and beyond to achieve optimal results for them.
