Steve was great to work with. After successfully selling our condo for much more than we anticipated, Steve quickly went to work on finding the replacement property. We were doing a 1031 exchange so we had just 45 days to identify the property. That could have become very stressful with little to no inventory in the price range and area we wanted. Yet Steve was able to quickly identify several properties for us to check out over the next couple of weeks. Whenever a house became available, Steve was quick to show it to us. He diligently worked within our busy schedules to show us any homes that fir our criteria. Once we found the best fit for what we were looking for, Steve went to work by negotiating with the listing agent. We were able to secure the property before it even hit the market, thus avoiding a bidding war. We were able to close in less than 30 days. That gave us time to do a little work on the home prior to our tenant moving in. We highly recommend Steve for your real estate needs.

Steve was amazing. Jumping in at the last minute and never skipping a beat. He took care of us the entire weekend making sure we found the perfect home. And that we did. We may have got lucky with this house, but we also got lucky with a great realtor and now has become a friend to the family.
