Anyone looking for a devoted realtor, I will lead them to this gal! We were down a deep rabbit hole of not even being able to submit applications because the response for rentals is insanity right now. Our realtor before Sarah only had set days we could tour a home which made it hard to act quickly. Sarah however knows the importance of touring a home rapidly and will make it happen! Not only is her response time 100% but she NEGOTIATES! What! She makes it seem so easy, too. Two days talking to Sarah and we submit an application with full certainty we were getting the rental- and we did! Even with a 41lb dog and me having a lower credit score, it was all just so easy- peasy because I relied on Sarah who is just absolutely amazing. Anyone who uses her as their realtor will feel so relieved! We sure do. Will 100% be using her in the future!
