After graduating from Western Kentucky University, I embarked on a journey that took me from being a Flight Attendant in Pittsburgh to ultimately landing in Las Vegas in 2005. This diverse experience of living and traveling in different parts of the country has equipped me with the ability to adapt my strategies and stay ahead in the ever-changing real estate industry.
Problem-solving, effective marketing, and meeting the unique needs of my clients hold immense importance to me. Drawing from my years of experience as a Poker Dealer, I have developed a keen perception of human behavior, enabling me to better understand and cater to my clients' requirements. Additionally, my strong background in mathematics and unwavering attention to detail have been integral to my success.
In my free time, I cherish moments spent with my husband, family, and friends. Whether it's hiking, camping, indulging in sports, or honing my culinary skills, I am always seeking joy outside of work. However, my true passion lies in sailing, which brings me immense fulfillment and a sense of tranquility.

Roni made the purchasing of my new home so stress-free. She was quick to identify homes that were in my geographical area and had the amenities that I wanted. She was very responsive and communicative from our initial contact until after closing. Roni is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Roni Stek is the best! She is professional, communicative, responsive, available, proactive, and willing to listen. My husband and I highly recommend her.We met Roni at an open house in Henderson, Nevada in May 2022. My husband and I were on a fact finding trip to the Vegas area--thinking about moving to the area in 2024 from California. From the get go Roni was willing to talk to us about local real estate plus she said if you provide me your email and phone number, she'd get us set up so we could receive email updates on houses for sale based on our criteria. That same evening she sent us the link to create an online account to receive emails with houses for sale. She was very proactive and willing to help us even though we had not hired her yet. After the May trip, we asked Roni to update our criteria based on some locations we liked so we could focus more on these areas. We returned to the Vegas area in September 2022 for a second fact finding trip. We contacted Roni and she said she would set up some appointments for us to view houses. We met with Roni and toured a few houses to get a feel for what type of house we'd get for different price points. We scheduled our next fact finding trip for early May 2023 and let Roni know we'd be coming to town. She said let her know what houses we wanted to see and she'd set up some tours, which she did. We were at the second house on the list and both my husband and I knew we found the house we wanted--it checked all the boxes for us. We knew we had to make an offer, which was accepted.Roni was great throughout the whole process. She kept us informed at every step in the process, sending us all the documents as needed on DocuSign and was a conduit with all the players involved in purchasing the house. We closed on June 7! We are so thankful we found Roni and she was willing to work with us. Thank you, Roni!
