Paul is an exemplary real estate professional that truly advocates for his clients. He has a wealth of knowledge of the local market, and is very generous in sharing his knowledge so we can make an informed decision. I was nervous throughout the process of purchasing my investment property given that I live in another state but he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. This is includes frequently going on-site to send me photos of construction updates, working directly with the home-sellers to make sure I maximize the value of my purchase, and, most importantly, always making himself available and keeping the line of communication open. Paul constantly gauged my comfort level and helped me navigate through the home buying experience more smoothly than I could have ever imagined.
